In accordance with the provisions of the relevant legislation of the Capital Markets Board, our Company repurchased 1,316,203 shares in Borsa Istanbul during the period 09.01.2023-03.07.2023 within the scope of the repurchase program announced by the Board of Directors decision dated 09.01.2023. (1.106% of the Company's capital)
In the announcement dated 26.12.2024 regarding the disposal of the repurchased shares, our Company announced that it sold 166,015 shares in Borsa Istanbul. All of the remaining 1,150,188 shares of the shares purchased within the scope of the repurchase program were sold to institutional investors on Borsa Istanbul on 30.12.2024 at a price of TL 45.00 per share by block sale method with a special order.
With this transaction, all of the 1,316,203 shares that our Company had purchased under the buyback program were sold.
